Sacramento quake struck at 11:37 p.m. Pacific time
An earthquake shook Sacramento late Wednesday night/early Thursday morning.
KCRA.com reports that the quake occurred in Northeastern California, about 90 miles northeast of Sacramento and 35 miles west of Reno, Nevada.
The 4.7 magnitude earthquake occurred at a depth of 8.5 miles. The afterschocks from the quake ranged in magnitude from 1.5 to 2.5.
No major damage has been reported.
