The disapperance of Katherine Jackson has left the family in a turmoiled state
The Jackson dispute resumes, this time it includes a videotaped confrontation ensuing in the family driveway involving Michael Jackson’s children along with siblings, Randy, Jermaine and Janet Jackson amidst disputes over Katherine Jackson’s whereabouts.
82-year-old Katherine Jackson has not been in contact with her three grandchildren since her disappearance July 15, though authorities have located her along with her daughter Rebbie safe in Arizona.
In the video Janet Jackson is seen lunging at Paris attempting to take her phone away and scolding her for using her phone to tweet about family issues, according to three sources.
Paris has been tweeting unsettling messages about the Katherine Jackson’s disappearance. Paris tweeted on Monday, “8days and counting. Something is really off, this isn’t like her at all..i wanna talk directly to my grandmother!! <I3”
According to Sandra Ribera, Katherine Jackson’s attorney, said authorities were called after the children were confronted by relatives.
“After exiting their vehicles, Jackson family members ran up to Michael’s children as they yelled and began to aggressively grab at the cellphones in their hands,” Ribera wrote in a statement.
According to Jermaine Jackson, the children were not “being ‘blocked’ from speaking with Mother.” As well as tweeting, “She is merely an 82-year-old woman following doctor’s orders to rest up and de-stress away from phones and computers.” Though, he did not further explain why Paris’ pleas to reach out to her grandmother were not met.
Ribera claims, “A plan has been in place for the last three years to remove Katherine Jackson from her home and her beloved grandchildren.”
After a family business associate went to authorities claiming Katherine Jackson is being put under emotional abuse by a family member, though the elder Jackson denied the accusations.
Michael Jackson died June 2009. His estate and fortune was left to the care of his mother and three children, leaving nothing for his siblings and father. There have been numerous occasions when the Jackson siblings have intervened in estate affairs.
Last week a letter was leaked calling on Branca and McClain to resign and accusing them of ‘manipulating’ their mother. As well as claiming Jackson’s will is invalid. The estate denied the accusations and no challenges have been filed in court against the executors.
The dispute is far yet to be resolved. “This is not going to go away,” said Randy Jackson.
