The couple confirmed rumors at the 2012 VMA’s
Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa confirmed baby rumors at MTV Video Music Awards Thursday. The pair stepped out on the red carpet during the award’s pre-show to reveal a glowing Rose complete with a baby bump.
Amber Rose was styled in a lace and mesh see-through gown for the reveal, and Khalifa was right by her side with hand on bump. Although Rose is the one carrying the child, he was glowing as well.
“We had to do it with the whole world, and just let everybody know that we’re expecting a beautiful young baby,” the rapper cheered, “We’re having a baby!”
Rumors regarding Amber Rose’s pregnancy started to take hold in the media after the model appeared in baggy, loose clothing and her hair a less than platinum shade of blonde. Khalifa had denied the rumors on a Philadelphia radio talk show.
“She will have my baby in life, and you guys will know when she’s pregnant. But it’s not the time now for people to start going crazy,” said Khalifa.
The VMA’s are notorious for confirming baby rumors, as Beyonce did at the 2011 awards show. Who knows whom the next star will be the walk the red carpet next year looking a little glowing? For now, Amber Rose has the MTV baby limelight.
Wiz Khalifa proposed to Amber Rose in March, but there is no word on when the nuptials will take place for this growing family.
