Ben Wallace was arrested over the weekend
Ben Wallace was arrested over the weekend for drunk driving.
Click On Detroit reports that Wallace as arraigned in Bloomfield Township on September 24 on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and carrying a concealed weapon. Wallace was pulled over by an officer at about 3 a.m. for erratic driving.
A breathalyzer test revealed that Wallace’s results of 0.14 were over the Michigan legal limit of 0.08. Police also found an unloaded pistol in a backpack in the passenger seat of Wallace’s vehicle.
Wallace’s next hearing is October 3.
Wallace has played for the Detroit Pistons, the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Chicago Bulls.
