Billy Graham tested for pneumonia
Billy Graham, the well-known evangelist, has been hospitalized.
CNN reports that Graham has been admitted to a hospital in Virginia for “evaluation and treatment of his lungs.” CBS News reports that Graham is being tested for pneumonia, while WRAL reports that Graham is in stable condition.
As Graham was admitted, he was reportedly “alert, smiling and waving at hospital staff.”
The hospital released a statement, saying, “While no date has been set for discharge, Mr. Graham is looking forward to returning home to spend the upcoming Christmas holidays with his family.”
Graham turned 93 on November 7. He was hospitalized in May and was successfully treated for pneumonia.
