Only five days old, but Blue Ivy has already made history
Hands down, the most popular baby of the week, Blue Ivy has made history already. According to Billboard, the song “Glory” created by new father Jay-Z has made it to the charts at No. 74.
Because of the featured cries heard in the song and her contribution being credited, Billboard has named her the youngest person to ever land on the charts.
Stevie Wonder’s “Isn’t She Lovely,” is omitted because Stevie’s daughter Aisha, whose first cries can be heard in the background, was never credited and the song did not appear on the charts until 1977, two years after her birth.
“Glory” also touches on the couple’s previous attempts at pregnancy.
Jay- Z raps:
“Last time the miscarriage was so tragic, we was afraid you disappeared,” he said in a verse, “but nah, baby, you magic.”
No pictures of Blue has surfaced yet, but it is estimated that prices for pictures might go up to $2 million dollars according to Huffington Post.
