Grey’s Anatomy doctor, Jesse Williams, weds longtime girlfriend
Jesse Williams, also known as the extremely good-looking doctor Jackson Avery on Grey’s Anatomy, is officially settling down. Sorry ladies.
On the show he portrays a brash surgeon, commonly unlucky in love. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case in real life.
Jesse Williams, 31, tied the knot on Saturday in Los Angeles with his real estate broker girlfriend, Aryn Drake-Lee, 32.
A wedding guest gushed to People Magazine about the nuptials. “Jesse was beaming with joy throughout the entire ceremony. It was the perfect night with lots of smiling, laughing and emotion. You could feel the love they have for each other. They’re madly in love!”
The pair have been together for five years and actually met pre-fame while Williams was a New York schoolteacher.
Jesse Williams spoke highly of his new wife saying, “She’s been with me through all different facets of my career. She’s stuck with me through thick and thin.”
