He says she’s stupid, but she disagrees
Jon Hamm and Kim Kardashian are in a war of words after the Mad Men actor shared his opinions about reality stars in a recent interview.
Jon Hamm told Elle UK recently that the success of stars like Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton “doesn’t make any sense. Whether it’s Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian or whoever, stupidity is certainly celebrated. Being a f—ing idiot is a valuable commodity in this culture because you’re rewarded significantly.”
Kim Kardashian later addressed these remarks on Twitter.
“I respect Jon and I am a firm believer that everyone is entitled to their own opinion and that not everyone takes the same pat in life. We’re all working hard and we all have to respect one another. Calling someone who runs their own businesses, is a part of a successful TV show, produces, writes, designs, and creates, “stupid,” is in my opinion careless,” Kim Kardashian tweeted.
The war of words between Jon Hamm and Kim Kardashian has not gone further than this- so far, but it’s unlikely Kim Kardashian will be tuning into the new season of Mad Men on March 25.
