Lindsey Vonn to keep married name after divorce
After four years of marriage, Lindsey Vonn and her husband Thomas will be getting a divorce.
The LA Times reports that Lindsey will be keeping her married name following the divorce. Her maiden name is Kildow.
Lindsey Vonn released a statement concerning the divorce, saying, “This is an extremely difficult time in my personal life and I hope the media and my fans can respect my need for privacy on this matter.”
Thomas Vonn helped coordinate Lindsey’s interviews and served as a kind of coach to her. Thomas said he will be ending all input with Lindsey’s career.
Lindsey Vonn became a household name after winning a gold and bronze medal at the Vanouver 2010 Winter Olympics.
