Rihanna put on health watch after meltdown in Ireland
Rihanna is reportedly under a 24-hour health watch.
The singer supposedly had a backstage meltdown that almost canceled her Nov. 25 show in Ireland, part of her 10-month, 101-day tour.
There is speculation that the 23-year-old’s intense tour schedule is causing serious exhaustion. After the tour finishes, the singer still has to film a DVD from her “Loud” tour before she can get some well-deserved R&R. After her show that was almost canceled, Rihanna tweeted to fans, “so light-headed! WTF!!!!!”
A month prior, Rihanna was hospitalized and forced to cancel a show in Sweden, because she was reportedly sick with the flu.
The Daily Mail claims that Rihanna turned to close friend and fellow singer Beyonce for advice on how to maintain her health during the tour. In a recent interview with Ellen DeGeneres, the singer said she wants to start dating.
Rihanna said, “I’m not necessarily happy being single. It’s not really that cool. My personal life is pretty much non-existent – which is not good, not for the long run.”
