The rapper, whose legal name is DeAndre Cortez Way, was booked on charges of marijuana and firearms possession along with the four other people in the car. His bail was set at $10,000.
According to the station, about 50 fans waited outside Free At Last Bail Bonds in Temple, Georgia, while Soulja Boy posted his $10,000 bail. “I’m innocent, man. I love you all. I just want you’ll to know I’m innocent,” said Soulja Boy as his bodyguards rushed him to a car, according to CBS.
