A Southern California company boasts that they can waterproof a cellphone
It has all happened to us. Somehow a considerable amount water gets on our cell phones, and after that, RIP cellphone. Well, Danny McPhail and Kevin Bacon have come up with a solution to this problem.
Introducing Liquipel.
The company is proud to say that they can waterproof anything. According to a Yahoo reporter, even a piece of tissue paper maintained the same level of resistance to water as an iPhone had.
Located in Southern California, the companies proudly boast on their website that they are, “The first company in the world to offer this technology to consumers.”
Currently, Liquipel is available for the iPhone 4, iPhone 4s, iPhone 3G/s, HTC Evo 4G, HTC Evo Shift 4G, HTC MyTouch 4G, HTC Thunderbolt, Motorola Driod X/X2 and Samsung Charge.
For an iPhone 4, sent to Chicago, Il, it would cost us $59.00 for Standard, $69.00 for Priority.
